Presentation highlights:

• Laura Overton, MD of the independent benchmarking practice, Towards Maturity, will be revealing the results of a ground breaking benchmarking survey of more than 100 organisations, looking at innovative leadership and management development practices and the impact they are having. The report will shed light on blended learning practices that really engage leaders and managers, throughout their organisations.

• Tim Drewitt, eLearning specialist at Eversheds, will be presenting a case study on leadership and management excellence at the award winning international law firm. He’ll explain how a creative, blended approach to learning & development is encouraging innovative talent, in a bid to help the company stand out from the competition. Eversheds was named as the most innovative law firm in Europe 2010 by the Financial Times.
